Best Turkey Chili Recipe Ever! Easy, Delicious, Perfect for Fall!

Turkey Chili

Servings 8 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
  • 1 lb Jenni-O turkey sausage
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chiles
  • 1 tbs chili powder
  • 2 tbs cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pot over medium heat with a spritz of olive oil.
  • Add onions and cook until translucent.
  • Add garlic when onions are translucent and cook until fragrant.
  • Add in the meat and cook until browned.
  • Add in beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. Mix to combine ingredients.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Serve.
