Turkey Chili

Servings 8 cups
Ingredients
- 1 lb 99% lean ground turkey
- 1 lb Jenni-O turkey sausage
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes & chiles
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 2 tbs cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat with a spritz of olive oil.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Add garlic when onions are translucent and cook until fragrant.
- Add in the meat and cook until browned.
- Add in beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. Mix to combine ingredients.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Serve.

This turkey chili is packed with protein and flavor! Only 3 points per cup on Weight Watchers, and so delicious and filling. Let me know if you add this into your fall rotation!
