Bagel & Lox Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Aunt Millie's Live CarbSmart everything bagel (toasted)
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 Tbs 1/3 less fat cream cheese
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 2 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 Tbs capers

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bagel and spread with cream cheese on both halves
  • build sandwich, add salmon, onion, tomato, and capers to one half of bagel, and top with the other half of the bagel.
  • Enjoy!
