Buffalo Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Barilla Protein+ Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 5 wedges Laughing Cow Aged White Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup pasta water
  • 1 tbsp bleu cheese crumbles optional
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil your pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • In another pan, brown the lean ground chicken, drain, and add back to the pan
  • When pasta is done, reserve some pasta water, strain pasta and put in the same pan with the chicken
  • Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • Add Laughing Cow cheese, Frank's Red Hot sauce, and ranch seasoning
  • Stir, adding pasta water little by little until a sauce forms
  • Serve in 1 heaping cup portions and sprinkle with 1 tbs bleu cheese before serving.
