lean ground chicken

Laughing Cow Aged White Cheddar Cheese

ranch seasoning

Frank's Buffalo Sauce

pasta water

tbsp
bleu cheese crumbles
optional
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
garlic powder
to taste
Instructions
Boil your pasta in salted water until al dente.
In another pan, brown the lean ground chicken, drain, and add back to the pan
When pasta is done, reserve some pasta water, strain pasta and put in the same pan with the chicken
Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Add Laughing Cow cheese, Frank's Red Hot sauce, and ranch seasoning
Stir, adding pasta water little by little until a sauce forms
Serve in 1 heaping cup portions and sprinkle with 1 tbs bleu cheese before serving.
