Brown the meat in a pan, add onions and garlic and cook until soft and fragrant.
Add salt & pepper, to taste
When the meat in brown and aromatics are soft, add a can of tomato sauce. rinse the can out with water and add the water to the pan.
Add the olive juice
Season with cumin, adobo, and Sazon to your taste. Add in the bay leaf.
Stir and bring to a boil, drop to a simmer, cover and cook on low for 20-30 minutes.
Serve over rice, in tacos or burritos, on nachos, whatever you'd like!
