Easy Baked Chicken Cutlets!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 chicken breasts thinly sliced
  • 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts diced
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing packet
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Bread your chicken cutlets in the breadcrumbs on both sides and place into a 9x13 baking dish
  • Sprinkle the chopped artichokes all over your breaded chicken cutlets.
  • Mix white vinegar, Good Seasons Italian Dressing packet, and olive oil in a separate vessel, then pour over the chicken cutlets.
  • Bake in the oven, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
