High Protein Breakfast Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb turkey sausage browned and cooled
  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes flapjack mix
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add together the browned turkey sausage, Kodiak Cakes mix, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
