Add the chicken, vegetables, soup, broth, and seasonings to your slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
After 3 hours, remove the chicken and shred. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and mix everything together.
Tear or cut up the Pillsbury biscuits and place them into the crock pot on top of the chicken, lightly cover them with liquid.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
Serve in one cup servings.
