Skinny Crock Pot Chicken and Dumplings!
Servings 8 cups
Equipment
- 1 slow cooker
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 98% fat free cream of celery soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 10 oz can Pillsbury biscuits
Instructions
- Add the chicken, vegetables, soup, broth, and seasonings to your slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove the chicken and shred. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and mix everything together.
- Tear or cut up the Pillsbury biscuits and place them into the crock pot on top of the chicken, lightly cover them with liquid.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
- Serve in one cup servings.
