
Easy Baked Chicken Cutlets!
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup artichoke hearts diced
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing packet
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Bread your chicken cutlets in the breadcrumbs on both sides and place into a 9×13 baking dish
- Sprinkle the chopped artichokes all over your breaded chicken cutlets.
- Mix white vinegar, Good Seasons Italian Dressing packet, and olive oil in a separate vessel, then pour over the chicken cutlets.
- Bake in the oven, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes.
