
This Mississippi Chicken recipe can be thrown together in 5 minutes! Takes 4 hours to cook, and makes an excellent quesadilla the next day for leftovers!
Mississippi Chicken
Servings 6 cups
Equipment
- 1 slow cooker
Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Aus Jus gravy mix
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning
- 1/2 jar pepperoncinis and the juice
- 2 tbs butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours
- Shred chicken and mix with liquid, serve hot.
