Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey sausage browned and cooled
- 1 cup Kodiak Cakes flapjack mix
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 eggs scrambled
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add together the browned turkey sausage, Kodiak Cakes mix, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
